This is a reasonably inexpensive upgrade to please the eye of your tenants. Plastic laminate on raised panels with painted reveals. New aluminum T-Bar ceiling with egg crate. We reused existing handrails and granite floor.

Sea Bus Station, 601 Cordova Street, Vancouver, B.C.

This is a higher end custom Cherry Wood cab. The back wall above the handrail is fabric behind glass. The side walls above the handrail are mirror. This cab has a custom wood ceiling with quartz lights, and a brass handrail with brass bumper rail at the bottom of each wall.

1090 W Pender, Vancouver, B.C.

This elevator is a horizontal raised panel with S/S reveals. This mid range priced cab is an alkaline dyed birds-eye Maple veneer behind glass, framed in S/S trim. On this option, the client requested S/S ceilings with quartz lights and new handrails. We reused the existing floor.

580 Hornby Street, Vancouver, B.C.

This project is wall to wall panels. This high-end cab has back painted glass, imported from Texas, on the back wall. The side walls are plastic laminate panels with raised 1/8" S/S reveals. We used new handrails and kept the original ceilings.

World Trade Centre, Vancouver, B.C.

This was a high profile, high-end project, designed by MCM Interiors Ltd. The side and lower raised panels are made from back painted glass imported from China. Marble grain is photographed and then transferred to the painted glass. This procedure is the latest technology in back painted glass. The reveals and panels are trimmed in brass. The art glass on the upper back wall was supplied locally by MARKIAN OLYNYK and installed by ECI Manufacturing Inc. The ceiling was custom made with quartz lights.

Vancouver Block, 736 Granville Street, Vancouver, B.C.

This elevator is full of imagination. Mirror on back wall, fabric under glass on the side walls, and a cherry wood P/Lam lower panel with a custom brass grill on top. It also features a custom tile floor and a polished S/S ceiling.

Royal Centre, Vancouver, B.C.

Royal Centre: This project is a custom leather patchwork behind glass on back wall. Side and front walls are custom random grain stainless steel, with sandblasted lines carried around the front of the elevator interior. A beautiful granite floor continues the lines from the back wall.

Hyatt Regency Hotel, Vancouver, B.C.

This elevator has a new stainless steel ceiling with low voltage lighting. The side and back walls are cherry wood veneer panels stained to match the new lobby renovations. These panels have stainless steel reveals and the back wall has a blue art glass installed flush with the panels. The floors are of stone with stainless steel inlay, one circle and a curved line that matches up to a larger curved inlay in the lobby floor.
